- DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, subject to contractual obligations to protect your data in line with the UAE PDPL. These include:
- Logistics and courier companies– to deliver your orders (e.g. Aramex, DHL, or local UAE couriers). We share your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Payment service providers– to process payments securely (e.g. Telr, Stripe, PayTabs, or similar UAE-licensed payment gateways). They receive payment data but are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
- Website and IT service providers– hosting, e-commerce platform providers, email service providers, and cybersecurity tools.
- Analytics providers– tools such as Google Analytics to understand website usage (where consent has been obtained).
- Legal and regulatory authorities– we may disclose data to the UAE Ministry of Economy, relevant courts, law enforcement, or regulators when required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
All third-party processors are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with the UAE PDPL and applicable law.

- CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
Some of our service providers (for example, cloud hosting or analytics platforms) may be based outside the UAE. Where your personal data is transferred to a country outside the UAE, we take steps to ensure it is protected, including:
- Transferring only to countries with an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the UAE Data Office; or
- Putting in place appropriate contractual safeguards with the recipient; or
- Relying on your explicit consent where no other mechanism is available.

- MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, please contact us immediately at support@blndperfumes.com and we will delete that data promptly.

- DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
- Notify the UAE Data Officeas soon as we become aware of the breach, in accordance with UAE PDPL requirements;
- Notify affected individualsif the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights, providing clear information about the nature of the breach and the steps they can take to protect themselves; and
- Take immediate steps to contain the breach, assess its impact, and prevent recurrence.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data or a data subject rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE data protection supervisory authority:
